Business Design Do you need help developing a new concept, a new business model or collaborative model? Business design is a profession that combines business development and strategy, with the creative approach and tools of design. My strength as a business designer is in the early phase; from insight or hunch, until it is validated whether an idea has potential. 4 important questions The key questions that one should get answers to that are invested too much: #1 Is the idea attractive? #2 Is it possible to achieve? #3 Will it create value for us? #4 Is it good for the planet? ( If the answer is no to the last, it should trump the others :) ) These are questions I can help answer. Things I can contribute with: Process design and management Create a plan for how to set up a process and how to answer questions, and lead the process. Validation Make a plan for and carry out the validation of hypotheses. Concept development Research, ideation and prototyping of early-phase concepts that can be used to validate hypotheses.
